A division of Health and Human Services of Lane County, CHC sees patients regardless of age or ability to pay. Clinics offer a sliding fee scale, depending on family size and income, and specialists can help with enrollment in the Oregon Health Plan. CHC clinics are distributed throughout the Eugene-Springfield area.

Aging and Disability Resource Connection of Oregon provides information on local services that can help with aging or disability needs, including adult day service programs, meal programs, transportation services, and other supports.

White Bird provides individual, couples, and family counseling for adults on Oregon Health Plan and homeless individuals, which includes people who are at risk of becoming homeless.

Looking Glass Community Services

Counseling program: 541-484-4428

Looking Glass offers a 24-hour crisis line for parents of children ages 18 and younger. It also runs a counseling program for children, youth, and adults.
